As a singer, composer, folk artist & instrumentalist, Canada's premier folk artist Ian Tamblyn had another busy and rewarding year in 2004 and he shows no sign of slowing down this year. Here are some of Ian's achievements and things that kept him busy in the past 12 months.

Inducted into the Porcupine Hall of Fame
Ian's latest release, Angel's Share reached #1 on the CBC Galaxie Roots Chart in November 2004 and was #7 on the overall 2004 chart.
Film scores included Diet of Souls and Something Dancing About Her and he produced Rodney Brown's latest CD The Big Lonely. His next release, The Machine Works forges ahead thanks to assistance from the Canada Council, and will be released in early 2005.
If that wasn't enough, he also managed trips to the Arctic and the Northwest coast.
