Health Canada Funding Approved for Viability Study to Retain Anglophone Nursing Students in Outaouais
The
Regional Association of West Quebecers is pleased to announce the approval of $25,000 in Health Canada funding to develop a project proposal aimed at retaining Anglophone nursing students in the Outaouais. The viability study will be conducted together with Heritage College and regional health care providers. Go!

New Comprehensive Outaouais Health Needs Assessment Being Released at Public Forum
Just over a year after being established, the Outaouais Health and Social Services Network for the English-speaking population (OHSSN), is releasing a ‘Report on Health and Social Services Needs of the English-speaking Population’ at its first public forum on Wednesday, February 8th. The report will detail extensive research conducted over the past year, an analysis of recent demographic data, and the English-speaking population’s perceptions and needs concerning health and social services.
