Back to New Residents Home PageNew Residents Program CoordinatorCynthia Turpin has taken over the responsibility of the New Residents Program as of October, 2007 as she replaces Joyel Singfield. Community Liaison & Communications Officer Cynthia is very pleased to fill the CLCO position for the Regional Association of West Quebecers. Since moving to this area in the early 1990s, Cynthia has worked extensively as a trainer mostly in the public sector and then as a teacher with the Western Quebec School Board in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau.
