This E-mail publication has been in the making for several months.  It will report cultural events in the Anglophone community in our region, the Outaouais, and will serve two purposes: strengthening specific cultural ties and reflecting the state of lively communities dedicated to furthering and appreciating the cultural fare that has been developed by Anglophone groups.

The Bulletin will appear quarterly, and we urge all our readers and their friends to let us know about future cultural events (concerts, recitals, plays, book readings, dance shows, art exhibitions, craft fairs etc.) being planned in their locality. 

Events may be amateur or professional, and it does not matter whether admission is by ticket or free of charge. We also invite your comments and suggestions for improvement.
