The first ever
Quebec Arts Summit for English-language artists was
held over three days in Montreal, attended by
120 Quebec English-speaking artists and 75 government and
community partners.
Organizers
say
the summit was a major success which has led to the
formation of a new
English-Language Arts Network
with
the working title of ELAN,
which
could have a major impact on the future of English-language
artists and their organizations in Quebec.
