November 25-27. ELAN created at Quebec Arts
Summit. A new
English-Language Arts Network
with
the working title of ELAN
has been created out of the first ever
Quebec Arts Summit for English-language artists
held in late November over three days in Montreal, which
organizers say was a major success. The summit was attended by
120 Quebec English-speaking artists and 75 government and
community partners.
Organizers
say
ELAN
could have a major impact on the future of English-language
artists and their organizations in Quebec.
