1st Annual West Quebecers Awards Banquet.
Deborah Thomson of Chelsea, winner of the
2004 West Quebecers Award for Community Service in Arts and Culture is one
of eight Outaouais residents being honored for their outstanding community
achievements at the Regional Association of West Quebecers
inaugural awards banquet at Camp Fortune.
The
banquet's special
guest speaker, Arctic explorer Richard Weber,
is winner of the 2004
J.D. Coulson award for Outstanding Achievement.
