FOREWORDWelcome to the third edition of the Community Directory of English Services and Other Community Institutions available in the Outaouais area. This directory is an initiative of Regional Association of West Quebecers, and was financed through funding received from Canadian Heritage. Without their support this project could not have been undertaken.We have listed emergency contacts, community groups, public associations, health, government and education institutions. To the best of our knowledge, all information contained in this directory is current and accurate as of July, 2006. Regional Association of West Quebecers will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in this directory. All phone numbers in this directory are in the 819 area code district unless otherwise indicated. Listings are grouped under each major heading according to Municipal Regions (M.R.C.'s). While your original contact with many of the services listed may occur in French, English services are available upon request.
